Biography
Emily Campbell is an associate at Smith O’Toole & Brooke, with offices in Lexington and Richmond. Emily received her Juris Doctor from The University of Kentucky College of Law in May of 2019 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in October of 2019. Before joining Smith O’Toole & Brooke, Emily spent a year working as a Staff Attorney for the 27th Judicial Circuit under the guidance of the Honorable Gregory Lay. Emily’s practice areas are family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Emily is also a volunteer for the Court Appointed Special Advocates program (“CASA”) and sits on the CASA Board for Laurel and Knox Counties. In her spare time, Emily enjoys watching football games and spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Jack and Blue.
